STRAPPY ships Worldwide.

Starting from November 7th 2023, all orders will be dispatched from our facility in the United Kingdom.

 

The majority of our orders will be shipped using UK Post Office Standard Post. This reliable shipping method typically takes between 2-4 business days within the UK delivery and 5 to 7 business days for international delivery. Please note that Standard Post does not provide a tracking number. However, we will provide a posted receipt as proof of shipment once your order has been dispatched.

To offer greater visibility and peace of mind, we also provide the option to select Tracked Post during the checkout process. By choosing Tracked Post, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

We ship internationally to most of the countries, includes Australia, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, United States and the United Kingdom.

For details, please refer to the country list when you check out. If your country does not appear in the list, unfortunately, we do not deliver to where you live at the moment. We are adding new delivery destinations all the times so please keep updated on our website.

 

Order Tracking

Standard Post does not provide a tracking number. However, we will provide a posted receipt as proof of shipment once your order has been dispatched. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification.

By choosing "Tracked Post", you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your package until it reaches your doorstep.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

 

Delivery Times

 

Orders will normally be processed within 1-3 business days once your payment is completed and approved.

Delivery times are determined by the number of business days (Monday to Friday) from the day after we ship your order.

Shipping Address and Failed Deliveries

 

We can only change your shipping address in the case orders are still with us. For those already shipped, an additional fee (which we call it as “re-routing fee”) will be charged for the request. Please take this into consideration when selecting and filling in your shipping address for the order.

**For failed deliveries (courier is unable to reach customer due to the incorrect address provided by customer, failed attempts to reach the customer at the location or customer refuse to pay duties), STRAPPY is not responsible for the returned shipping cost. For re-shipped orders, the shipping costs are also payable by customers and a handling fee of HKD50 will be charged. If you refuse to receive the order and ask for a refund, the order amount will not be refunded in any circumstances.
